Velocity uses Microsoft Authenticator to secure our systems. All remote connections utilize SSO and require MFA to connect.

The First Thing

Visit https://selfservice.velocitycu.com to change your password and enroll in MFA for your new account. Select I know my password. Enter your provided username. You will be prompted to setup Microsoft Authenticator. After completing MFA setup, you can enter your temporary password and then set your password.

The Second Thing

Visit https://remote.velocitycu.com to securely access the systems that you are entitled to.

SELECT SAML WHEN LOGGING IN.

The Third Thing (optional)

If you need to change/reset your password or unlock your account, Visit https://selfservice.velocitycu.com.

If you need to add/change your MFA device, visit https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info.
